The Client Desires To Develop A Commercial Building In A Pivotal Area In Al Sadat City As The Site Lies Near Al Sadat University And Industrial City. The Project Has A Land Area Around 8,000 Square Meters And Total Built-Up Area Around15, 000 Square Meters. My Design Team Has Designed A Unique Building That Can Serve More Than One Purpose By Creating An Atrium That Divides The Mass Into U-Shape Building To Increase The External Façade And Views Of The Main Anchors.
